October unveiled the first look at our latest refurbishment project at Holiday Inn, Preston.

The full refurbishment is due for completion in early 2019, and will see 133 bedrooms revamped alongside the hotel lobby and reception. The project is now underway with the first prototype room already in use by guests. The new rooms will include upgraded bathrooms, with power showers, refreshed room interiors and furniture, additional storage space and USB and plug sockets by the beds.

The bedroom refurbishments will include new headboards, upgraded wall lamps, floating bedside tables and USB and plug sockets on each bedside.

Room workspaces will be modernised with sleek desks, cosy lounge chairs, wall mounted TV’s, mirrors and trendy accessories.

Bathrooms will be refurbished with new wall and floor tiling, modern vanities and contemporary bathroom furniture.
