Centre Island’s turnover has grown consistently over previous
years, in an often difficult and competitive market place.
This growth is forecast to continue through a combination of acquisitions,
new property developments and the continued improvement in performance
of our more recently acquired properties.

Asset value continues to remain
strong with a targeted loan to value ratio of 60% being achieved.
From its inception in 1995 the group has grown from a stand-alone
hotel, funded by way of ERDF grant and term debt, turning over less
than £2m, to a group generating over £18m p.a. and Net
Assets of over £14m. |
