New Developments
Centre Island has a medium term objective to own or manage 1500
bedrooms by the end of 2007. We plan to achieve this through a
mixture of acquisitions, new developments and management contracts.
Whilst our growing reputation as an operator ensures that we are
still the preferred choice for many hotel developers, the competitive
nature of the hotel marketplace means that opportunities to develop
new properties are decreasing.
In light of these changes in the marketplace we our expanding
our search for suitable acquisitions, and maintain regular communication
with financial institutions and property agents. |
