in the development and management of internationally branded franchised
hotels. Founded in 1995, the company has earned an excellent reputation
for the selection of suitable development opportunities, resulting
in a portfolio of highly profitable, freehold and leasehold hotels.
We have specific expertise in the development of properties in desirable
commercial locations. These properties target the corporate hotel
market through a variety of globally recognisable hotel brands,
operating in every hotel sector from luxury to budget. We currently
have access to brands from Marriott, Ramada, and the InterContinental
Hotels Group. Our proficiency as owners and operators of quality
hotel products extends far beyond the development stage. Once open,
